We deliver critical medical aid to Ukraine’s combat medics, defenders, and frontline responders. At the heart of the program are our tactical medical backpacks and Individual First Aid Kits (IFAKs), each packed with essential supplies to treat traumatic injuries and save lives in the field.

Each tactical medical backpack, valued at around $1,000, is capable of helping save 10–12 lives. Assembled by our dedicated volunteers in Boston, these backpacks are packed with critical tools like tourniquets, hemostatic gauze, chest seals, and other life-saving equipment. Thousands have been prepared and shipped, saving countless lives across Ukraine.

In Ukraine, our teams continue the mission by assembling IFAKs locally for rapid distribution to medics and defenders. These kits provide the tools needed for immediate response in combat situations.

Beyond backpacks and IFAKs, we deliver a wide range of life-saving tactical medical supplies, including: CAT tourniquets, Hemostatic agents, Heavy-duty stretchers, Hand and foot warmers, Burnshield dressings, NIO intraosseous access devices, Emergency blankets, Oxygen concentrators, Medications, ITCLAMPs, XSTATs
